Who we are

What we do with your data, and why
- To give you a price and to deliver the service you book, including messages about your booking. Lawful basis: contract.
- To send servicing and MOT reminders and offers by email and text, unless you tell us not to. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (a “soft opt-in” for people who asked us for a quote). You can opt out in every message.
- To send WhatsApp messages or phone you about offers, only if you tick the relevant box. Lawful basis: consent.
- To keep records for tax, accounting and legal claims. Lawful basis: legal obligation and legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
The partner garage allocated to your booking, its drivers and technicians, our payment provider, and our messaging providers. We only share what each needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests with no booking: 24 months from your last interaction.
- Customer records and invoices: 6 years from your last job.
- Marketing permissions: 24 months without engagement, then we ask again or stop.
- Call recordings: 6 months unless a dispute is open.
- Vehicle condition photos: the life of the job plus 12 months.
- Records of your consent: the life of our relationship plus 6 years.
- If you opt out, we keep a minimal record of that so we can keep honouring it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, erase, restrict or move your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
You have the right to object to direct marketing at any time, free of charge. Use the unsubscribe link in any message, or contact us, and we will stop within 24 hours. This never affects messages about a booking you have made.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Do you have to give us your data?
We need your name, email, mobile number and vehicle to give you a price and carry out a booking; without them we cannot. Everything about reminders, offers, WhatsApp and calls is optional.
