Terms
Draft pending legal review. Last updated 26 September 2026.
1. About us
Car Service Hub is a trading name of Geek Axon Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14223255. Registered office: Office 178, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom. You can contact us at help@carservicehub.co.uk . We are not currently VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT.
2. What we do
We arrange car servicing, MOT tests and diagnostic checks for you. The work is carried out on our behalf by independent partner garages that we have checked for current insurance and, where relevant, MOT authorisation. When you book, your contract for the service is with Geek Axon Ltd.
3. Prices and quotes
- The price we show is the total you pay for the service you choose, including any collection and delivery charge shown.
- A quote is valid for 7 days. After that we may need to give you a new price.
- Prices are based on the vehicle details you confirm. If they are wrong, the price may change and we will tell you first.
- Special, synthetic or long-life oils, long-life spark plugs and any additional items or work are subject to additional charge, and we will always tell you the price before doing them.
4. Booking and payment
- You choose a date, not a time. An adviser will call you to confirm the details, and we will tell you promptly if we cannot offer your date.
- You can pay when you book, or, where we offer it, book now and pay later.
- You must pay for the work you have agreed to before your vehicle is returned to you.
5. Collection, delivery and your vehicle
- If you choose collection, a driver will collect and return your vehicle. We photograph its condition when we collect it and when we return it.
- Please give us accurate access, parking and permit information, and remove valuables from the vehicle.
- Please tell us about any existing damage, warning lights or problems you know about.
6. Extra work
If the garage finds work that is needed beyond what you booked, we will send you a clear list with prices. Nothing extra is done unless you approve it, and you can approve some items and decline others. If you decline work, we may remind you about it later.
7. Holding your vehicle until you have paid
Where you have authorised work and it has been done but not paid for, we or the garage may keep your vehicle until the amount due has been paid, as the law allows.
8. Changing or cancelling your booking
- You have the right to cancel within 14 days of making your booking, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, contact us using the details above.
- If you ask us to carry out the service within those 14 days and then cancel, you must pay for what has been done up to that point, and for a driver already sent to you. We will refund the rest.
- You can ask to change your date at any time. Please give us as much notice as you can.
- If we or the garage have to cancel or change your booking, we will offer another date or a full refund of anything you have paid for work not done.
9. Quality of our work
We will carry out the service with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If it is not done that way, you may ask us to repeat it or to reduce the price, and your other legal rights are not affected. Please tell us as soon as you notice a problem.
10. Our responsibility to you
- Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
- Otherwise we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
- We are not responsible for business losses, or for loss that was not foreseeable when you booked.
11. Complaints
If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we will do our best to put it right. For free independent advice on your consumer rights you can contact Citizens Advice.
12. Your personal data
How we use your details is explained in our Privacy Notice.
13. General
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
- We may update these terms. The terms in force when you book are the ones that apply to that booking.
